Stock Team Manager - Day Shift

£39,000 pa plus great benefits

Shifts Available: Sunday-Thursday 06:00-14.30, Monday-Friday 06:00-14.30 or Monday-Friday 10:00-18.30

A satisfying role 

Motivating and developing a team of stock & inventory investigators, you’ll make sure everything in our multitemperature warehouse runs as it should. You’ll report on and be accountable for everything from accidents and SOX compliance to team performance and engagement. You’ll also work with warehouse teams to develop ways to reduce stock write-offs. By doing so, you’ll help keep standards high, customers happy and colleagues safe. 

What you bring to the mix 

With a background in warehousing and driving team performance, you have what it takes to excel in this role: 

  • a focus on using reporting, data insights and team inputs to improve processes 

  • a broad knowledge of warehouse management systems and stock reporting policies 

  • the ability to manage change and influence other departments to achieve shared goals 

  • strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards 

  • the ability to communicate and build relationships with all kinds of people.
