Shift Pattern– 9 hour working day, working hours are between 6:00am-22:00pm and flexible working will be required depending on workload.

The role will be responsible for a wide range of general maintenance and facilities duties across the site, with approximately 50% of the workload focused on cage repairs. Responsibilities will also include painting and joinery work, racking repairs and inspections, cleaning beneath dock levellers and carrying out minor servicing tasks, as well as maintaining clean water hygiene filters. The successful candidate will undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) inspections of the yard, fencing, building, lighting and emergency lighting, alongside office furniture moves and assembly. The role will involve travelling to local sites within the Warrington area as required, supporting warehouse duties when necessary, and completing other ad hoc maintenance and facilities tasks as required.
We need a great a Facilities Operative to support our depots with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, accepting and distributing deliveries within the site premises and maintaining housekeeping standards of allocated areas around all facilities by cleaning and litter picking. You can expect to work throughout the seasons helping to maintain the grounds and landscaping keeping on top of watering and tending to plants and trimming shrubs, bushes, and weeding. We will provide opportunity to further enhance your skills through our Learning & Development programmes. Holding a Counter balance license would be of an advantage but training can be provided.
