This role is offering a home-based contract that will require travel commitment to our depots and as such a good degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required. The role will reside within the Enterprise Technology function; however, may be required to spend time with business stakeholders on site across Europe as projects require, or work across other functional pillars as deemed necessary.

  • Planning and managing small scale change where needed.
  • Serve projects that are part of the Enterprise technology portfolio.  There may be a requirement to deliver across functional areas / other technologies as needed.
  • Support business function in the prioritisation of requirements based on business value, ensuring they are aligned to the desired outcomes and case for change.
  • Work with business and technical teams, to ensure the recommended solution meets the needs of the business.
  • Empowered to positively challenge and influence across teams if the requirement, solution, or case for change, to ensure alignment to the overarching business strategy and delivery roadmap.
  • Communicate cross-functionally between operational and technical teams, acting as a translator where necessary.
  • Work within internal project delivery governance processes, with familiarity of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • For small change, management of plans, RAIDs, internal and third-party resources, costs may also be required.

You’ll have an analytical and inquisitive mindset and think tactically and strategically presenting options to solve problems.
