Job Description

Salary: £34,000 pa plus excellent company benefits

Shift details: Sunday to Thursday 09:00 until 18:00pm, with an element of flexibility required during peak season

40 Hours per week

Bicester, Oxfordshire

We’re currently looking for Food Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.  M&J (Sysco GB) Seafood CPU Depot is the leading food service supplier located in Bicester, Oxfordshire.  Join us in preparing, packaging, and checking a range of chilled and frozen fresh seafood ready for distribution direct to the caterer nationwide.   

As a Shift Supervisor you will be handling and preparing various food products primarily fish and spend most of the day on your feet.  You can expect working environment to be in a temperature controlled (chilled) environment – don’t worry we’ll give uniform to keep you warm!  

On a day to day  you will  manage resource accordingly to effectively manage all aspects of CPU Production. Production must be efficient , completed accurately , in full and on time whilst ensuring all food safety, health and safety, company polices as well as operation processes are strictly adhered to. 

You will also lead and support at cross functional business priorities and relationships to deliver CPU and wider business targets and critical metrics.

To join us you’ll need to be computer savvy confident of keeping records of stock for audit purposes with an great attention to detail.  Previous experience in a food production or kitchen environment and basic food safety knowledge would be an advantage.
