The first step is to complete a short situational judgement test (SJT) which is designed to assess your judgement in work-relevant situations. It measures key attributes viewed as essential to successful performance within the role and focuses on appropriate behaviours when interacting with colleagues. It does not require specific knowledge or experience from other warehouse roles.
You will be asked to respond to a series of questions based on situations that you might encounter in the role. These scenarios are designed to be realistic, based on the real-life experiences of our Warehouse Operatives.
There are 10 questions in total. For each question you should review the scenario and select the one most appropriate action and the one least appropriate action that you would take in response to the situation.
Once you have completed all 10 questions you will be asked for some basic personal details to complete your application.
We recognise that to facilitate all individuals to compete on equal terms, some people may have additional requirements. We'll do everything we can to support you during your application, so if you believe that you will need any adjustments to enable you to complete your application, please email resourcing@brake.co.uk
If you would like further information on the situational judgement test and how we use and process the data, please e-mail us at resourcing@brake.co.uk
